Fournoid Viewer This applet demonstrates a subset of the family of CMC fournoids, constant mean curvature genus-zero surfaces with four asymptotically Delaunay ends. The four sliders in the applet adjust the asymptotic necksizes of the Delaunay ends, and the "neck/bulge" button toggles between a neck and bulge at the center of the surface. Some examples have a static center between a neck and a bulge. The asymptotic necksizes of a fournoid must satisfy the spherical fourgon inequalities. This applet demonstrates the subset of the moduli of fournoids which satisfy two further conditions: the sum of the necksizes is at most 1 (the round cylinder has necksize 1/2), and at least one pair of opposite ends has equal necksizes.
